Horrible Horrible Horrible! Nothing but problems with this company. Let's start with the malfunctioning product which caused me to travel a half a dozen times in 2 months to the installer service shop and get the unit reset or inspected. I have paid for this company's mistakes and its installers mistakes even though they said they would pay for it all if it was because of their product. STAY AWAY! The Product is trash and customer service sucks. Marisa is good at getting you in the system and getting your payment locked in for the next 12 months. Once your in the system, you will never talk to Marisa again and service drops off the cliff. I currently have a malfunctioning product that has been next to impossible to get fixed. I don't know when this ongoing problem is going to end. Everyone i talk to now on the phone with intoxilock is someone with an accent that is hard to understand and ultimitly unhelpful... read more
