Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. All representatives are from overseas and speak broken English. Device caused numerous problems in my vehicles. Went through several batteries due to continuous draw. If you live in a cold weather state expect lockouts for Device errors and dead batteries. Hate this company to my absolute core.
