Awful. The device was not in when I made my appointment so I drove to the appointment site and did not get anything done that day on Friday. Then when I went down Monday to get it done, I had to be fit in by the Mechanic because my regularly scheduled time was Friday. The mechanic was super, but it took all day to get it done. Literally 7+ hours I sat there because the device was not in when it was supposed to be on Friday. After that was done, the wrong device was sent.
