Phil West was great to work with, but the rest of my experience has been a disaster, it's supposed to take 3-4 hours it took 2 full days and then still charged me a 3%fee for using my debit card, and then sign onto my app before I even got my truck back and it said that I was already late on a payment, don't know how that could be but hopefully it will be handled on Monday overall experience 3- 10.

So far everything seems to be working thanks to the guys at Oakland auto good bunch of guys
The guys seemed pretty knowledgeable on various things and were helpful in teaching me about the device and how to use it. They definitely get 5stars in the patience department and they also went out of the way to teach my son as well since he would sometimes need to drive my car.
