took an hr & 15 mins to get my interlock device & was 200$ with $100 mail & rebate !! overall good service & explaining device usage to me
They should be ashamed for their horrible equipment, then have the audacity to blame it on the consumer. I felt completely backed in a corner and helpless dealing with their faulty equipment, and the fees to supplement the faulty equipment. What a nightmare. Whatever you rightdo in life, avoid this company!!
