UPDATED 2/15/24. Supervisor Isaiah reached out to discuss my issues and was kind enough to reverse the lockout charge and grant me a month of service. He was kind, intelligent, and easy to work with. The last customer support before him told me about the power save but didnt instruct me properly on how to activate it. I have bumped this up from 1 to 4 for the excellent support from the supervisor. What a terrible piece of equipment. Constant lockouts for dumb reasons.
