Well I received a message the next day saying I owed $41 that I wasn't aware of.then it locked me out 4 days because I have a breathing condition.so happy no I am not.

UPDATED 2/15/24. Supervisor Isaiah reached out to discuss my issues and was kind enough to reverse the lockout charge and grant me a month of service. He was kind, intelligent, and easy to work with. The last customer support before him told me about the power save but didnt instruct me properly on how to activate it. Worst business ethics company I’ve ever see. In my entire 36 years of life, the shadiest sales tactics, they don’t tell you any fees upfront their machine is outdated. Once they close the sale they reroute you to India phones and you can’t get an American on the line anymore. It’s the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life with a company and I mean that do not spend one penny with them.
