Update The staff is friendly but no weekend hours. The device itself is going off every 10 minutes. It is very distracting and ranks up there with texting. I would like to know what the accident percentage is. The device sounds annoying alarm.( which is much to long) It does not give you time to find a safe place to pull over. The annoying alarm is uncalled for. It causes undue stress which could lead to mistakes. The device locked me out two days early. I had to have the car towed 50 miles. They paid for 15 miles. Didn’t really explain how much money I would be spending and as far as the install terrible just yank down the headliner pulling panels apart not putting them back where they’re supposed to be not happy and broke a piece of my cactus off
My first was misspelled and the official paper refused by the dmv. It took a good hour to get someone to help correct and mail me a new paperwork. This was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. I will try again for them to fix it but I am loosing precious time and I shouldn’t have to do all those extras so I put a bad star for it.
