Working with this company was a complete headache. It takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get anyone on the phone if you have issues. It's a complete scam for money and they will NOT in any way work with you if you have issues. I recommend that if you have to have this type of device to try another company. Getting it Uninstalled was a complete joke and if you do not know the routine I suggest figuring it out months before you are eligible.
