Shipping and timing was poor. My device was supposed to arrive for my install on Friday. That didn’t happen. The device didn’t arrive till late the following Monday. Thankfully the shop did the install on Tuesday even though they normally only do them on Mondays and Fridays. This has also now pushed back me getting my license renewed and it was important that I had it back for Wednesday and Friday which is now looking highly doubtful. It was very good until the installation , then horrible after the install . I have called half dozen times , left VM's , e-mails with questions and 4 days later no one has contacted me
