This has been a horrible experience to say the least. The issue has not been acknowledged or taken seriously. Quentin is by far the worst rep I have EVER spoken with. Giving out completely incorrect information just to get his quota, is blatantly fraudulent and disgusting tacky. Stating services would not have certain charges and try to them recant those statements and make the customer seem to be untruthful is a distasteful act of a company who states they are very reputable.
