There customer service rep called me and apologized and took care of everything right away she was very nice and understanding.
Called for a copy of my data logs would not give it to me say it would cost me money I don't care about the fee instead out me on hold than came back saying they sent an email that's not what I asked for. Than the stupid device cord wraps around my leg and gas pedal the damn thing beeps to blow in it every 3 min and 17 secs plus you guys call me while I am driving and the thing is beeping to let me know my camera is dirty and I might need a new one.
