Extremely disappointed with the device. It requires you to blow “hard” into it , then suck in “hard” and blow “hard” again. About 7 seconds total. Then an alarm goes off saying BLOW HARDER! I have COPD and physically cannot do it. Why can’t it be calibrated to the individuals capability? I’m already into this thing for about $400.00 and will probably have to have it uninstalled at an additional cost. Look elsewhere for an IID.

There customer service rep called me and apologized and took care of everything right away she was very nice and understanding.
