Anna, The supervisor came on the phone and solved everything perfectly. Thank you Anna. I just started and I find customer service is not good. Car toys was great. Hunter was great when he wanted me to sign up. He gave me a quote $51.99 -2 weeks with $6.92 OSP. He was going to waive the first $51.99.. I’m being charged $77 right off the go.. called a lady and she was going to email him. no answer. now I have a guy I can’t even understand.. I’m on hold for superviser 28 minutes…
The worse service ive gotten in my life. INTOXALOCK does not care about you. They just want to take your money! DO NOT GET INTOXALOCK.!! Corporate is a joke. ISAIH the guy in charge lied to me, he never responds. Corporate never responds. These people need to get fired and get competent staff
