I have never been so frustrated in my life. yes, I made the poor choice. They got me in the mess. I paid $1259. The thing is locked on me twice because I can’t get a big enough breath. I’m seeing the pulmonary doctor April 16 th. The folks at GNJ are 0 percent helpful. I’ve already had to have it towed down there recalibrated. And now it’s locked again so I have To have it towed again $135 $75 for lockout fee and the calibration fee. I’m sober but cannot drive my car because of the stupid and talks a lot. Now that I'm in your system. I can't call a real person. Your Mail boxes are all full. No one returns msg . Customer service is terrible. Can't get any help with getting the app, which that site isn't working either.since hooking up with Brandon on the Google side everything is going good. All the problems have been fixed,and they check in with me to make sure everything is going good.system works
