After some initial confusion and misunderstanding of the process I was able to get clarification on what needed to happen and after explaining my situation and concerns I was able to get with someone who was empathetic and worked with me above and beyond my expectations. Was even given a discount and I can say I am happy with the final outcome of my situation and am finally driving after 12 long years. Thank you Daniel!!!
