My experience with Intoxalock this far has been one of constant aggravation, incompetence and, for lack of a better word, vandalism. The lady at the service center was beyond rude and hateful and pretty much started laying the ground work for selling me a new battery even though mine is only 3 months old. When I told her I don't need one she replied, " excuse me but we'll tell you if you need on or not"! That was just the tip of the iceberg. They scheduled my breathalyzer appointment with ease, considering my schedule and upon installation gave me excellent advice. Overall 5/5 customer service and 5/5 technical service from the shop.
I really don't mind having it but I think it ask for way too many samples while on the road. I should not have to blow every 5 min.s
