EDIT: Received a phone call today 6/18/24 from an Intoxalock supervisor about my concerns. After speaking with the supervisor, we came to an agreement to make my experience a better one. Intoxalock went out of their way to make things right with me, and I'm very satisfied with the outcome of this issue.
