Do not use this company. They do not give accurate information or flat out lie. You will spend hours on hold. Every 2 months when you need to get the device serviced, you will have to call them every single time, and wait on, hold because it won't be set up for the service to be done.
The shop them selves are great guys to work with, the intoxiloc customer service is a joke, will hang up on you for no reason and leaveyou on hold for hours. Don't waste your money use a different company. They will not return your call, will "schedule" removal and install appointments and not actually do it, and they will just rip you off.
This company is a scam they are usei g people's misfortune to take money. It has nothing to do with insuring that people don't drive drunk ! They will use every reason to steal your hard earned money. I haven't driven in a year and I had several lockouts and have had to pay a fortune. Truck broke down after 3 days of not starting it the device killed my battery boom lock out pay 75 to them $45 to recall . Very friendly and accommodating. Professional and well done work. Would recommend to anyone that finds themselves in need of these services.
Very poor customer service and call in user interface. Very difficult to contact real persons for complex issues outside their specific options. Failed to submit all the paperwork needed to show I completed my obligations to court/DMV. If you need to call in for anything, top tip: Select their billing department, you WILL get a human and shorter waiting times.
