Very poor customer service and call in user interface. Very difficult to contact real persons for complex issues outside their specific options. Failed to submit all the paperwork needed to show I completed my obligations to court/DMV. If you need to call in for anything, top tip: Select their billing department, you WILL get a human and shorter waiting times. I wouldn't recommend i had my device in and had to pay for it almost 3 months longer then I should have because of bad communication between them, the police department, and dmv when I had intoxalock do my 90 day no negative report. Got the run around between intoxalock and DMV for weeks until finally someone at intoxalock gave me a number for the state police department they work with I got a hold of them and I'm told that it's been sent since over 2 months ago and I'd been paying for it this whole time for nothing. Not good
The worst. No one knows what they are doing, and completely give you false information. This will affect your driving record and no one will take accountability when they make a mistake. By far the worst professional company for any service. Do not recommend to anyone. Please look elsewhere if you need to get help with this service!
