This company is a scam they are usei g people's misfortune to take money. It has nothing to do with insuring that people don't drive drunk ! They will use every reason to steal your hard earned money. I haven't driven in a year and I had several lockouts and have had to pay a fortune. Very poor customer service and call in user interface. Very difficult to contact real persons for complex issues outside their specific options. Failed to submit all the paperwork needed to show I completed my obligations to court/DMV. If you need to call in for anything, top tip: Select their billing department, you WILL get a human and shorter waiting times. I wouldn't recommend i had my device in and had to pay for it almost 3 months longer then I should have because of bad communication between them, the police department, and dmv when I had intoxalock do my 90 day no negative report. Got the run around between intoxalock and DMV for weeks until finally someone at intoxalock gave me a number for the state police department they work with I got a hold of them and I'm told that it's been sent since over 2 months ago and I'd been paying for it this whole time for nothing.
