The agent I spoke with over the phone misled me several times. At first, he told me that because it was my first call, he would waive the account setup fee and give me an additional $100 bonus toward my next payment. He said the only amount I would need to pay was $8, which I did. Later, I discovered this was untrue. He then told me the installation fee would be $200, but when I went to the store, I was charged $299. Good morning, Intoxalock provided outstanding information and service. There were very helpful in understanding all aspects of how and when it would work. Good morning, I was told the cost of the install was no more than $229.00, it was 399.00 I was also told it only takes two hours and to be on time at 8 am. I was going to sit and wait for it to be finished, but they told me I had to leave it there and pick it up some time after 5 pm. Over the phone Intoxalock quoted me an installation price of $175. Then my local authorized installer quoted me an installation price of $199. Then when my unit was actually installed I was billed $299 and told to contact Intoxalock for a $100 rebate coupon. The unit is installed and it works well. I'm glad to be able to drive. I was not very happy that it cost $124 more than my original quote.
