I’m truly puzzled. I was on the phone for over three and a half hours within three days before I was able to talk to a real person. They still couldn’t answer my questions and explain to me. I was ordered by a judge to install a breathalyzer in my vehicle for a period of six months by a vendor of my choice. Just so happens I chose Intoxalock. I wrote my first negative review a couple of days. I was experiencing difficulty getting through to the right help. I have to say I am very happy today. A Mr. Martinez from the company Intoxilock took the time not only to call me personally but, he listened to my frustrations with complete understanding. Resolved the issues that I had and restored my belief that there are people who care. I want to thank you again Mr. Martinez for your patience and compassion. This service is one of the worst that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They have given me false readings, false violations that cost $100 a piece plus the $50 service station fee when I take it in to get calibrated each time that it gives me a bogus violation. The customer service is all foreign. You can't even understand them. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Go to another interact service provider if you can
