I did not have my thing installed at 216 East Ave in Norwalk. It was installed at Fairfield Motor Works In Fairfield Ct. The owner is Christopher Ferrari who was rude and unwilling to help when I couldn't get it started. It was a terrible and traumatic experience for me. Please get back to me about this.
