I contacted your company the day after my install on June 4th. I communicated I had a few issues that needed to be resolved. On June 5th I communicated the following. They are listed below... - Shipping Charges of $40 (resolved) - Personal Alcohol Monitor was sent I did not order. I was told return shipping labels would be sent to me. I have not received them yet. Tint World is the most helpful service center that I have ever experienced. My interlock company experienced a cyber attack and was unreachable for over a week. Marcus, at Tint World, was patient and helpful with multiple daily calls. I will never go anywhere else!

Friendly and efficient. 5 stars for sure.
Training on use of machine terrible .....would NOT recommend your company. After 5 days still cannot use and my truck had to be towed. Trying to use everyday....still cannot master use.
