I have not driven the vehicle due to not having my license reinstated. I called and they insisted I had to bring my vehicle in on a tow truck if necessary. Once there I was instructed to bring in the handheld device because it was all they needed
Worst experience I ever had. I had an appointment to install a breathalyzer at this location at 9 am. We left, we went home. Two hours later they call and say they cannot work on car because the inside was too dirty. There was books, toys, and a diaper in there. They removed the diaper (we know because we looked for it). I set up my whole day and they refused to do their job because of a pee'd in diaper. What were they doing for two hours, you may ask yourself? Me too.
