I am updating my review as Intoxalock has "fixed" the situation by providing a refund. The issue at hand was due to poor installation of the IID device. I was also charged double what other shops charge. Intoxalock reacted quickly to my bad review and reached out via email to provide the refund. I am satisfied with this outcome.
Severely overcharged me after I purchased a vehicle at Imperial Toyota and had no choice but to go to the closest intoxalock shop so the dealer could bring my car there for installation. Normally I go to Fall River and it would have been half the price at least! Had my removal appointment today at my local shop and they said whoever installed my device made a real mess, left a computer dangling and twisted all the wires up.
