Andrew was very polite and calmly explained and demonstrated how to use the unit
When you call, you are warned about long wait times, but it's so much worse. I have been disconnected after waiting 40 minutes to speak with someone. I've also waited more than hour on hold, before giving up. They have the worst overseas, hard to understand and really don't care attitude I've ever experienced from any company I've ever paid for.
