Explicitly stated I did not need the handheld personal breathalyzer, yet one was mailed anyway. Now if I don’t mail it back in time I am liable to have to pay close to $75. I work construction late hours and weekends too. I can’t get to a post office anytime I want. I have to wait for an off day. I get 2-3 days off in a months time.
