The room was extremely dirty, infested with cockroaches even inside the refrigerator, and not as advertised online. When I informed the front desk employee, Daniel, that I did not want to stay, he was very rude, slammed his hand on the desk, and stated that he could not refund my money. I had booked the room for one month at a cost of $1,785.90, but I did not spend a single night at the hotel. I believe I should receive a full refund for a stay I never used, and I intend to dispute the charges.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at the InnTown suits at Ashley phosphate today on September 24 -2026 was terrible. I rented a room for a month but stayed less than 20 minutes because the room was filthy and infested with cockroaches. It looked nothing like the pictures online. The front desk employee, Daniel, was rude and refused to refund my money, even though I left almost immediately. I will be disputing the charge.

I’ve stayed in a few in town suites and I depend on a nice, clean , safe environment considering I live on my own. The cost is affordable and I always feel safe. Ty for being here.
