My stay here didn’t start the best, but not because of the hotel. Due to a sudden loss in the family, upon check in Dante was kind and supportive. I wanted to adopt my brothers cat who was no ownerless and the last connection i had with my brother. He gave me the info and we got approved for me to bring him within a day. We recently re-located to Nashville from Columbus, Ohio. This is my first stay at an InTown Suite Extended Stay (Madison (Nashville, TN) We decided to stay because of the great rate and the $100 discount we received from booking online. The manager Dantae' was so friendly and pleasant. The room we received was very clean. House keeping only conke to be nosey. Cabinets are old and falling apart. Stink bugs constantly popping in, even while windows are never up. They are friendly. Always asking for a deposit, when there's no need for one. A bit too expensive for the service. They don't provide toilet tissue. Only on first day. No new towels. They state you can't work and live here at the same time. But, that's a lie. The help stays high as a kite on a regular.
