From the pictures the rooms were supposed to be excellent. When I arrived at the room it was a total shock, the carpet was so dirty that the shoes would stick to the carpet. The dresser was falling apart, and the rack to hang the cloths was also falling. The other people staying there are close to horrible, loud music (and not during the day, 2 and 3 in the morning), smoking marijuana all over the place, people hang their cloths from the rails, overall horrible place to stay if you want piece and quiet. From the minute I arrived I had problems. You have to check in before 7 pm or you have no room. I booked two weeks prior and lost my reservation. Not only were they rude at check in when i arrived at 6:55 pm from manager they gave me a room that was horrible. I had bugs crawling all over me at night . The rooms were just old broken and dirty. This has been by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in El Paso. Someone should really check this place out to see if it’s up to code. It’s nasty.
