Not only is my room infested with all kinds of bugs, but the manager is the rudest old man I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. My room looks absolutely nothing like the pictures they show, first of all. I paid almost 300 bucks a week for that piece of crap. I checked in and it was NOT clean. Very disgusting.

Extremely unacceptable!!!! Service is poor, the front desk is not helpful at all, very rude! The room is DISGUSTING!!!! We cancelled our reservation and they won’t refund us back even though the pictures don’t match the room, the smell is also TERRIBLE! Maybe a lawsuit is necessary in order for them to refund back our money! NEVER AGAIN! DO NO STAY HERE!

This place was not ready for our arrival, we made a reservation weeks ago and when we get there there’s no room for us, then the room given was not clean and was not the one I reserved. When I went back to the office they closed it at 4:30pm, they were inside just not answering the phone or door. They don’t want to refund me and corporate is not answering this feedback emails or calls the voicemail is full. Rooms are not as advertised online.
