This is my review I wrote on hotels com This property is not a functional hotel and should be removed from Hotels.com immediately. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I arrived at 7:20 PM on Monday after driving all day only to be told the office was closed and they were overbooked. Even though they turned us away with nowhere to go, they still had the audacity to charge my card for the first night. The maintenance man called the cops on me simply for being in my car , dozing off while wsuppose due to it being late at night an how long snd had me waiting I may have closed my eyes for a few mins. My pregnant sister was staying there and I was always there they knew who I was

Anthomy at the front desk has been very helpful he has such a calm personality and helps when he can. I ran into an issue where I can't find housing right away so this is where we're staying until we can find it. The only downside is if you have children they are huge on yelling at your children and you have to always occupy your kids outside when playing not another parent can watch your children.
