Recently had to stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites for a month because we were displaced by a tornado, I especially want to recognize Angelica for making our stay even better. She has such a great energy and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and pleasant to interact with. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable, and Angelica definitely gave me that impression. Thank you, Angelica! Comfort Inn & Suites is lucky to have you.

I went to in town suites and Angelica the manager is was so amaxing. I went through a third party which i dont suggest to anyone and this wonderful person was honest eith me showed me the upgraded rolms and it look just like the website so book through them not third party. I love her honesty through the whole process and she approved a refund because i wrongly book untraditional book with them so amazing beautiful spirit snd she treats her staff amazing. If I could leave a zero star, I would. I book through a third party. And I chose to pay on site. When we came to check in, the hotel had already cancelled our reservation because “they tried to get an amount hold on my credit card” which, of course they can’t because I booked through a third party and my credit card is not on file. It is a 6 days reservation they cancelled. I found out that they also canceled my friend’s reservation because of the same reason.
