If this place is operated by a management company, they need to step in now. My room had roaches, a broken bathroom door, incredibly loose toilet seat, broken dresser, a fridge that didn't work, FILTHY floors (looks like it hasn't been mopped in months) and they couldn't even give me 1 roll of toilet paper or a towel. I'm not a cop but I'm pretty sure drugs were being sold, as cars would pull up all evening, go to the room and leave 5 minutes later. Won't stay here again.

I am here currently and I am amazed they would put you in a room with no towels, no toilet paper, 2 burners buried in the counter top that look to be from the 50s and a broken bathroom door. The attitude of the person checking me was horrible. They really need to owners to step in if they even care.

Unfortunately I will have to retract the original 4/5 rating I gave the hotel initially. Kimberly actually may have bitten more than she can chew with her position there at InTowne. What I perceive originally to be healthy conflict resolution unfortunately ended with miscommunication and subpar professionalism. Honestly, if you’re in a really tight spot and want to save some money, sure , you have to do what you have to do. I have stayed at a few In Town Suites in Charleston, SC. I wouldn't just stay at any other extended hotel. They are the best to me

Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff is very kind and helpful.
