Rachel was super nice and helpful! Remolded rooms are wonderful and would recommend for sure.
I was helped by Rachel in the front office, she was so helpful and very professional. I was impressed by her knowledge and overall character. I would definitely do business with her again!
Update after been at this property for 3 weeks and having a issue with the fridge not working on a Sunday.. 1 no one answered the after hours phone all morning, finally Taylor answered and was very rude 2 he showed up with an attitude and no answers but they can get me another fridge tomorrow! I have a 1 year old with milk n other foods that need refrigeration. He told me it wasn’t his problem 3 after wanting to argue with me because I told him he wasn’t professional I told him to leave my room 4 I asked who the manager was ... read more
