The front desk associate, Traci, has great customer service and helped me check in for the week with a smile. Clean rooms, affordable and great customer service. I’ll be staying here again!
I stayed here with my kids and the front desk lady Traci was so pleasant and so knowledgeable about the area that I didn’t have to stress about keeping my 3 kids entertained. Most hotels say there’s pamphlet over there but she told me the area and must see. So many good restaurants near by and the mall. She was helpful and very friendly. Love her smile. When in the area again I know where I’m staying.
Was booked here for a last minute trip for a family emergency and forgot my toiletry bag, Traci was so sweet and patient with my meltdown and helped me get what I needed. The hotel itself was great but Traci really made my terrible weekend much better
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Close to Cowboy stadium.
