During my stay, in Room #333 on July 21, 2025, I discovered bed bugs in the room—specifically in the pillow and on the window seal. This was not only disgusting but also completely unacceptable for any lodging establishment. As a result of the infestation, I woke up with multiple bug bites all over my body. I have photographic evidence taken with my cell phone, including time-stamped images that clearly show the presence of bed bugs in the room. Do NOT stay here. My boyfriend and I found bed bugs in our room (Room #333) during our stay on July 21, 2025. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We have photos of the bugs and the bites—they were clearly visible, and some were huge. We also took a video as proof and are prepared to send it to corporate. You will be shocked when you see it.
