Front desk staff was extremely rude and would not take the time to even listen to my question before cutting me off with unrelated answers and placing me in hold indefinitely. Throughout my repeated attempts to talk to someone on the phone regarding the reservation that was made, they canceled said reservation due to not having the room that I had reserved available. They only had premium rooms available which we would have upgraded to had the front desk person actually talked to me on the phone.
Good Evening: As a traveling sales consultant; locating a fantastic hotel is vital. Your extended suites are very welcoming and I appreciate your staff at Huntsville, AL and Valdosta, GA. Do you have a point system for so many free nights per city and state ? I am very interested in knowing about it since I will be a long time guest; again thank you for Intown Extended Suites.
Had to wait outside the front desk for over an hour to check in. Contacted from desk and notified them upon my arrival and their response was they had to check the rooms first (their rounds) n that they would be down as soon as they are finish. WTH kind of service is this? This place shoukdnt be allowed to service the public at all! Horrible treatment!
This place is garbage and pretty sad you just kick families out for no reason. I hope the GM gets the Karma she deserves 😡
