I recently had a moving snafu and these guys got back to me super quick. As luck would have it, a unit had just opened up. I signed-up online and was moving-in an hour later. Tyler over there saved the day! He answered all my questions and was extremely patient and helpful. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!
Rented a unit from them on Saturday 6/17/2023 through the online website, arrived at the storage unit to place a lock on it as per the instructions and there was already a lock on the unit. Tried calling the number and got no answer. We have left several voicemails, texts and an email. Still no response…I paid a $20.00 set up fee?? And still cannot access the unit I am paying for.
Easy to rent a storage unit online. Quick and painless. Good feedback on what to do next. We rented it in the morning and we're putting stuff in it by lunch. Seems secure enough. Great location.
