have to leave a terrible review after what just happened at InTown Nails in Leesburg. This was my third time coming here. The first two times were fine and I actually liked the services, but this last experience was absolutely unacceptable. On 8/13 I had a full set of liquid builder gel done. We were lucky to get walk in appointments for pedicures and it was amazing. Kim and Bryan were wonderful. The place was clean, comfortable, and overall very pleasant. We will definitely come back!

They truly saved the day! I had my nails done at another salon and they turned out awful. I called Intown last minute, and they fit me in right away. They completely fixed my nails and did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Haley was amazing!!! She did my gf nails and I was able to sit next to her :) my gf has never really had her nails done before and haley was super sweet and helpful and checked in during each step to make sure my gf liked the shape and color and length multiple times throughout. the service was great and all the staff we talked to was friendly and my gf nails look AMAZING! i will definitely be returning
