My contact (Karla) very accommodating and helped me through the process once we identified the granite we wanted to use. We had our countertops replaced by Intown Granite a couple of months ago and wanted to wait to leave a review just in case we had any issues. Customer service from start to finish was excellent. Jonathan responded promptly to multiple back and forth emails to make sure we knew exactly what to expect. I especially appreciated him generating multiple quotes for my wife and I to discuss our options. We were invited to visit their showroom to see exactly the product we wanted.
