EDIT- Company reached out promptly to address below issues in late December ‘24 which I appreciated and adjusted their rating. They were going to send someone to examine the countertop for defect. However l, I didn't hear from them again. I called a couple weeks ago and asked for an update, they said they’d get back to me but didn’t. OG- Post We had to call several times to request a change to the sink we ordered and it never got updated. We ordered a faucet but they forgot it.
