Can be trusted. I had my car fixed there. It was a big work ($8000+) and took them three weeks to fix as the insurance estimated. After I got my car back, I noticed there were some hard to see scratches and dents they missed to repair. They credited me more than $500. After drove the car for a while, I noticed some other small problems. They fixed them in a day. Now the car is as good as new. By the way, both front managers are Gary. I have mostly dealt with the one sit near the door. Very nice guy. I like him.
Not Happy With Service After hearing so many good things about this dealer, I figured they would be able to fix my car right the first time - not only did they have to take it back in a second time, it STILL wasn't right. And they were the most expensive bid I got. If you're looking for good body work, try somewhere else first.
Bad time estimates I took my vehicle here after an accident and they told me to bring it in on a certain day and it would be ready that afternoon. I came back that afternoon and it was not ready but they did offer to do a half assed job, in there words "You probably won't even notice the wrinkle in your bumper." to speed it up. I told them I wanted it done and done right so they said I would have to come the next day. They were about to leave but said they would do it first thing. I called in the early afternoon and no one h... read more
