Bit disappointed bought pool equipment in November and already was faulty. Went back but was told they couldn’t do anything and there was no warranty I had to buy a new one
Purchased a spa back in October had it installed in March. Very happy with the whole process from Rachel helping me select the right spa to Jason delivering it out to me and giving me a driving lesson. Always helpful and friendly experience at this store
Never contacting InTouch pools again after continuously receiving bad service and mistreatment. They are very unreliable and constantly don't show up. Poor communication and extremely rude. Had to constantly chase them up to fix our pool which was poorly done and we had to get another tradesman to fix their job. I can also second the other customers review as they also invoiced us a few times for pool cleaning services which they never attended to.
My husband and I were told they would sort out the pool and not to touch it after their initial visit. They added a chemical and left. After waiting a week with no further contact, the pool started to go green again. I phoned a couple of times to find out what was happening with no luck. So we sorted it ourselves. Someone turns up to clean without any notice, asking why we have "interferred". Then it was all downhill from there. Be careful if you use this pool company to service your pool in a holiday home. We realised they were billing us each week without cleaning or sending any personal to our property. After a few months, we got to visit the property and realised he sent an invoice for the week that we stayed there and no one turned up at all.
