I visited this pool shop this morning for the first time with my water sample in hand. I was greeted by the owners who were very friendly and had every bit of knowledge about pool and spa care. After my sample was anilized I was thinking I would be walking out with a dozen different chemicals to get my spa perfect🤔 But no, the owners said your water is fine and only a very small amount of acid is required, but not a major issue. Do not rely on communication from this company. I had a problem with an Astral/Fluidra pool system that was never resolved. Does not return phone calls. I rang and spoke to an older woman receptionist who assured me Jason would call me back on that day or the next day, no return call. I rang again several days later and a male receptionist named Jerry told me the same thing. 4 months later I’m still waiting for that call. Bit disappointed bought pool equipment in November and already was faulty. Went back but was told they couldn’t do anything and there was no warranty I had to buy a new one
Purchased a spa back in October had it installed in March. Very happy with the whole process from Rachel helping me select the right spa to Jason delivering it out to me and giving me a driving lesson. Always helpful and friendly experience at this store
