I wish I'd paid attention to the other 1-star review regarding intake at this place written 3 years ago before reaching out here. Like the other 1-star reviewer said, this review is not aimed at any therapists. I scheduled an intake call nearly a week ago. I was not only called 5 minutes late, but also told by the person calling that they got a chance to read "part" of my outreach message - which was sent days before and literally a few sentences.
