Bought this chair from a friend as she purchased 6-7 months ago moving to Sydney couldn’t take it with her I bought it of her used for another 3-4 months … the sliding motor stoped working try to get in touch with company thinking it will be covered for warranty I got the receipt for it … in return they tell me it’s not covered under warranty you purchased it from another person which I didn’t find it fair who cares who I purchased from I have the receipt and I should be covered for any issues with it …. Never thought spending that kind of money on a massage chair. But Suzy changed my mind by simply getting to try it, not only I tried it, I sat on it for almost 45 minutes to enjoy all functions of it. Suzy was patient and genuinely passionately about sharing the experience of that amazing chair. I ended up signing up for it. Now the chair is being used by all family members everyday. It is the best purchase in 2023 no doubt.
