I love getting a massage at Into the Zen. Michaela absolutely rocks!! She always know just how much pressure to apply to get those nasty knots out of my shoulders that always lead to headaches!!!

Love going to see Michaela. I count the days down until it is time. Some of the best trigger and deep tissue I've had done. She knows how to "find" the culprits causing distress. Try it......you'll be real happy unless you can't stand the pressure !!!!!

I've been to Into-the-zen twice now and enjoyed every second. First was with Micaela and she was fantastic. She worked out the soreness in my body and I felt great. The second time was with Silahis and she also made me feel very relaxed during the massage and rid away all my soreness. If you have never had a massage or are a massage junkie, schedule an appointment with Into-The-Zen and you will feel like a new person. Absolutely love this place! Miceala does an incredible job with deep tissue massages! She is very friendly and definitely makes you feel comfortable. I will no longer go to any other place. Into the Zen therapist know what they are doing!
