We could not be more thrilled with the process and outcome working with this amazing team! Not only did they educate on every detail of this, they under-promised, and over-delivered every step of the way. My review initially was 5 stars. I dropped to 1 because I have been reaching out since February asking for them to come see about my pool liner leaking. They installed the liner 4 years ago and now for nearly 2 months Diedra has made false promises that they would come out. In the meanwhile she told me to keep filling the pool with water. My water bill had quadrupled in price 2 months in a row. It doesn’t seem like they want to honor a possible warranty after I spent thousands of dollars on this liner and install. Very ... read more

Horrible, they we’re short staffed, had too many pools to do They did not change ANY of the cracked broken faceplates. The pool began losing water immediately… when I texted Daniel the problem he blamed it on something else and never came back….
Into the Blue. They did my liner. Daniel the owner. Explained about everything about the process and help me in a few areas that I was having trouble understanding (my sand filter). They came in the morning and by the afternoon they had my new liner in my pool. It amazing and my family is loving it thanks Into the Blue!!!!!
