Chris and Nancy finished our pool in July 2023. We are working through some slight staining this year ( March 2024) due to improper water balance on our part. Chris and Nancy responded right away to our phone call, and have come over multiple times to work on the pool, and guide us through options to remedy the staining. Chris and Nancy were great to work with and delivered us a wonderful pool. Their suggestions on: colors, tiles, shape and finish gave us a pool beyond our expectations. The value received from In2 H20 was far greater then expected and were so much easier to work with more then other pool companies we received quotes from. They listened. We have been long time clients of Chris & Nancy, IntoH20 Pools. They installed our pool in 2021 and have since taken care of a couple of issues that have arisen (parts, replacements etc). We have currently been in contact with them as recent as today 1.17.24 for assistance in replacement/repair of pool parts. Thanks Chris & Nancy.
