This store was one of the first places I went to look for my wedding dress. The staff seemed very helpful, and polite. I ended up purchasing my dress from the store. The dress I tried on was my size, and I was asked if I just wanted to purchase the sample dress at a discounted price. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All they want is your money!! I am trying to plan a huge event in my life and the last thing I need is a RUDE manager ecspecially when your dealing with their extremely high prices. They sell way above retail prices, so make sure you price check other stores before you go here! Don't waste your time going here like I did!!! AVOID THE STRESS!

the costumer service was good but i noticed that their collection is limited when it comes to size, i tried more than 7 dresses and most of them where too big. not worth the drive

At first I was very estatic about my experience at this shop. However, I quickly learned that after they recieved my payment for my dress...they didn't anticipate doing much more. I called the store inquiring about some measurment concerns, purchasing a veil that coordinated with my dress and some shipping info. I went to Intimates for a Valentine Formal Event Gown. I was greeted by the owner with a cheerful smile and his full attention. He chose a selection of gowns for me that were beautiful and well-priced. He also pinned it for me to fix at home very professionally. Beyond this, he allowed me to take pictures of very well priced bridal gowns to show me Son's fiance.
