We drove 5,000 km from Montreal to Vancouver, and my husband felt our Lexus needed a check-up before driving another 5,000 km back, just to be safe. We found this repair shop online. After speaking with the front-desk lady, the mechanic identified some hidden issues — the tires were no longer safe for long-distance driving, and there were a few other things that needed timely maintenance. The staff were friendly and the mechanic was excellent. My husband said the car feels much smoother to drive now. Highly recommended! 👍
Brought a dealership car in here for a full inspection for only 130 and come to find there were quite a few issues with the car that the dealership never listed! The process was quick and thorough, report was clear, and the receptionist lady answered any questions I have had and was very respectful. 100% would recommend for full vehicle inspection!
Would not recommend anyone taking there vehicle here unless you wanna get ripped off or told your dashboard has warning lights on it when you clearly know it does not and is just one of the many ways this shop is trying to make money. They also just drive your vehicle around without even your acknowledge before they take your vehicle into the garage which I feel is ridiculous since other shops ask the customer or at least tell them prior to them driving it. My mom went in to get her alternator changed (which was under warranty) and they ended up not replacing it, AND breaking multiple things on her car leaving her stranded in the middle of the road multiple times. She called numerous times and nobody got back to her, they avoided her. Had to go to a different mechanic that showed her exactly what they broke and why they were avoiding her.
