Very positive experience coming from 100 Mile House. Bought snowtires at the Integra in 100 Mile House in 2020. Came down to the coast and ended up discovering a stem valve leak. Busy as you can imagine just before Christmas, but the receptionist fit me into their schedule. Had the valve replaced on their warranty service. Thanks!.
I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I brought my car in due to an oil leak, and after several hours of waiting, I was told the issue had been fixed. I paid $350 for the repair, only to be charged an additional $50 for an inspection that I never authorized. The next day, the oil leak returned exactly as it was before, and to make matters worse, my car started smoking heavily, making strange noises, and moving jerkily. The gentleman Peter here really saved my day with the friendly and professional support! My car cannot start with a surprise when I happened parking outside Peter’s work station. I asked Peter if he could make a jump start for me and he has no hesitation to do that. However, it still doesn’t work by jumping.
