They shipped me the wrong part, not even close to what I ordered. Ordered on 6/11/25, received incorrect part 6/19/25. According to their ridiculous customer service process, I return part same day. But, they won't ship me the correct part until they receive wrong part back. It is now 7/1/25 and have not heard a thing from anyone. They make a mistake but I have to wait. You cannot get to a representative from corporate office. The script readers don't know jack. 24 hours to reach a script reading supervisor if they will even call you back. If you see Intex name on it best leave it on the shelf. Check other reviews.

Product shipped with bad information so it go held up by fedex. After trying several times to contact Intex i reached an Indian call center where i heard 100 people shouting in the background and i couldnt hear the person i was speaking to so the call went no where. please hire a single person in an english speaking country
Hey Intex - your "contact us" form on your website is not working. We have already inflated the air mattress & have learned that we bought the WRONG size. I just ordered the CORRECT size directly from your website. The box of the WRONG size clearly states that opened airbeds cannot be returned but may be exchanged for an equivalent airbed.
