Typical "Don't care about the customer" California company. HORRIBLE. Will not purchase another item from them. Could not cancel an order before it was shipped, I had to wait for it to be shipped to my home and have Fedex return it. In this day and age of computers, this is your business practice? Set up for a let down. We were so excited about our metal frame above ground.Customer service is terrible. Never again.
INTEX products are of TERRIBLE quality and INTEX has an AWFUL customer service!!! This has been my experience every time something goes wrong with my pool or equipment. Whatever I can get that is not made by them and it can be adapted to my pool I get. My latest issue was with the salt water system. The "Replace O3 Generator" light was on so I purchased a replacement for it but it did not solve the problem. I called Intex and they sent me another one. It still did not solve the problem. I can't believe what happened. I ordered 1 month ago kayak and I received... a pair of glasses of ray-ban. I Would like to have a total refund but they said (right now) that it is impossible. They want me to send Ray-Ban back, and I have to pay for the shipment. They are ridiculous. They had a mistake, and I have to pay for it. They keep saying it’s not their fault. I really hope that they give me a total refund
If the product works your in luck if you have any issues you're better off just throwing it in the trash then waiting your time working with Customer service. 3 weeks now and I'm still trying to get my pump replaced. They keep telling me sales has the parts in stock though support does not and support is not able to pull from sales stock. This should be illegal.
