It’s not how you start it’s how you finish! We had a really odd issue with our windows lines would appear when the window was wet or dirty. When I reached out they started to work on the problem. It took a few tries to solve the problem but they kept at it. The final resolution was to replace the sealed units. This is a costly repair but they stood behind the product. Their service team is top notch. I love the product well built and well supported after the sale.
