The worst contractor I have worked with every. Alireza has a charming demeanor and sweet talks you into working with them. Yes they are competitive on price but that's where all the issues start. They took over a year to construct a 14 x 7 ft spool for me. They would show up on a given day and then not show up for several weeks and suddenly show up at an inopportune time without warning. 4756 Browndeer pool - I hired Intex Design - 1 year ago - simple pool in Ranchos Palos Verdes. Still not done, worse, leaks and other issues - company is unresponsive, sends crews or sub contractors that do not care, don't show up as promised, don't communicate..... worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I have talked to Ali, Sam time and again to get their help and assistance to resolve matters - just to get more promises for change that never happens ..... same story over and over again -
I have worked with Intex Design and Construction on multiple projects for the last 8 years and the quality of their finish product as well as the ability to manage and schedule my projects in order to complete them on time exceeded my expectation. Greatly appreciate their hard work and commitment. highly recommended.
Ali and his team are very professional. They are reliable and did and amazing job for me. I used them twice, once to build a brand new pool and another time to remodel an existing pool and add a spa. I recommended them to different neighbors who used them as well and they were all satisfied with their work quality and ethic.
My experience with Intex Design is exceptional in every way! From Pool and backyard design, to the quality of construction, to the follow-up, to customer service. My backyard is limited in size, but with the with their expertise in design and proportion, Intex Design created the plans to realize my dream backyard and pool!! I cannot state strongly enough what an impact that Intex Design has had on the life-style and enjoyment of my home!!!
