This is our second time with Intex handling our blinds/shutters. After 4 years, the originals are still looking nice and the new ones we added fit it very well. Alex and his team are responsive and helpful, using online pics as well as in home samples to help make choices. They show up on time and work with you until you are happy with your selection. Order was a few weeks wait but on time as expected. The invoices are quick, clear, and easy. A small error in billing was rapidly corrected.
The Intex team was professional, focused and efficient - arriving right on time, Louis went right to work, installed blinds, cleaned up and were on their way! Window treatments looked great!
So impressed with Alex and his team throughout the entire process for blind installation. The level of professionalism and product knowledge were amazing. Highly recommend Intex Design for all your window treatments.
Alex was always very attentive and willing to find the best solution for our home. Install was seamless, and when one of our shades failed he worked to get it replaced as quickly as possible. We have utilized Alex and Intex Design twice now...once for the complete window treatment outfitting of our brand new home and again for the window treatments for our pool house addition.
