This was my second time working with Intex Design. Alex and Luis were a pleasure to work with! They were professional, friendly, and helpful. Alex communicated the timeframe and was happy to answer any questions. The installation process was very quick, yet thorough. I am very happy with our plantation shutters and will be contacting Intex Design for any future project.

This is our second time with Intex handling our blinds/shutters. After 4 years, the originals are still looking nice and the new ones we added fit it very well. Alex and his team are responsive and helpful, using online pics as well as in home samples to help make choices. They show up on time and work with you until you are happy with your selection. Order was a few weeks wait but on time as expected. The invoices are quick, clear, and easy. A small error in billing was rapidly corrected.
