Hands down, BEST COLONIC EVER!!! I first went to Intestinal Fitness back in late 2014 when I was 340 lbs and wanted to jumpstart my weight loss journey. I just had one at that time and LOVED the experience. Even tho I was scared out of my mind, I experienced my first cleanse 1 month ago and it was the best thing I had ever done. Before I went for my appointment, I had a pair of jeans that could not come all the way up over my stomach (my muffin top). After the cleanse, my jeans fit me perfect around my stomach area.
